The Wysa DRA is an AI driven conversational agent designed to support services offering and/or providing mental health care through the collection and transfer of a range of demographic and screening information, as defined and agreed by the procuring organisation, to Electronic Patient Record systems for review by a clinician. The software uses transparent conditional logic to minimise the question flow for individual users and surfaces flags to indicate priority areas for clinician attention. The software is intended for use by adults age 16 or older and does not suggest potential diagnoses or replace clinical judgement.

In the event of the Wysa bot showing an error when you are trying to refer, you can use an alternate way to manually refer yourself to your desired service.

The Wysa DRA is secured using the highest NHS standards and safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to your data. We encrypt all data provided by you using strong TLS encryption protocols and all information provided by you during the conversation is transmitted securely from your device to our servers. Your data is also encrypted in our storage servers using strong industry-compliant AES-256 encryption protocols. Our servers are hosted and managed by cloud hosting services with stringent GDPR security programs and controls. We maintain Service Level and Data Protection Agreements with our hosting partners.
