Be part of a global movement for mental health
On October 10, 2024, we invite organizations and individuals worldwide to join us for a Worry Workshop as part of World Mental Health Day. This free, 60-minute event is a chance for you and your team to step away from work, reduce stress, recharge, and reconnect with your mental wellbeing, armed with new mental resilience skills.
Led by Wysa’s Chief Psychologist, Smriti Joshi, this live session on YouTube is designed to offer practical tools for managing anxiety and worry, with activities that your team can carry with them long after the session ends. Aligned with this year’s World Mental Health Day theme, "It's time to prioritize mental health in the workplace" we encourage you and your team to dedicate time and attention to the wellbeing of yourselves and your employees.
Who can participate?
The Worry Workshop is open to all - whether you’re already working with Wysa or this is your first experience. We welcome companies of all sizes and sectors to join us in making mental health a priority.
This workshop offers a powerful opportunity to engage with mental wellness in a unique and impactful way. Join us in making a positive difference for your team and in your workplace culture.
